Ayo Adeluka is a seasoned fintech executive with over 15 years of experience driving innovation across digital payments, financial services, and technology strategy. At PayZeep, he leads strategic growth, product innovation, and market expansion to accelerate financial inclusion in underserved communities.
Before joining PayZeep, Ayo served as Managing Director at ERCAS RCAS Integrated Solutions, where he secured a PSSP license from the Central Bank of Nigeria and co-developed VA TEX, a VAT collection tool now used by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). He also founded Smade and Smight, offering leadership and growth advisory to enterprise clients.
Ayo holds an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, London, and a B.Tech in Metrology from FUTA. He is a certified Oracle DBA, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and an expert in Business Analysis Quality Management.
He is a member of IOUG, IIBA, and CQI. At PayZeep, Ayo continues to champion digital transformation, trusted payment systems, and inclusive financial access.

Adedayo Awojobi is a digital transformation leader and marketing expert with extensive experience in product management. He has led product development teams across various industries, including telecoms, construction, food, fintech, and advertising. His expertise includes product development, market growth strategies, and business model design.
Chief Technology Officer
Timilehin Oloruntoba is a software engineer and cybersecurity strategist with deep expertise in secure payment systems. As CTO and co-founder of PayZeep, he leads infrastructure, engineering, and security, ensuring every transaction is fast, reliable, and secure.
He previously served at Andela, CEVA Software, Interswitch, and ERCAS, building EMV systems, scaling POS infrastructure, and optimizing EFT transactions across Nigeria. His work has shaped payment technologies at scale.
Timilehin holds a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin and is certified in Data Science and AWS Cloud. At PayZeep, he drives the company’s security posture and high-performance tech strategy.

Oluwatobiloba Molagun is a seasoned fintech sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving revenue, digital adoption, and merchant acquisition across Nigeria’s banking and payments landscape.
At PayZeep, he leads sales strategy and execution, building trusted relationships and driving scalable growth.
Previously, Tobi was Regional Digital Banking Sales Coordinator at Fidelity Bank, where he championed electronic product adoption, agent banking expansion, and payment innovation. His career spans roles in e-banking, technical strategy, and executive support, earning recognition for operational excellence and customer-centric leadership.
Tobi holds an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University and a BSc in Accounting from Covenant University.

Babajide is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with extensive experience across government finance, renewable energy, and fintech. He has held key leadership roles, including CFO at Nova Solar Power, Director of Finance at UR-AARON, and Senior Project Manager at Dantata Solar Ltd., overseeing major solar projects such as a 100MW farm in Katsina and a 40MW site in Gwagwalada.
As a consultant, he supported CBN licensing for ERCAS Integrated Solutions and led revenue-enhancement initiatives for state governments. He currently serves as Head of Finance at PAYIMI Solutions, a CBN-licensed company. Babajide holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and brings strong leadership, strategic finance, and people management skills to every role.

Inemesit Inyang is a legal and regulatory expert with deep experience navigating fintech and tech companies through complex compliance environments. As Chief Compliance Officer at PayZeep, he leads legal, regulatory, and risk functions, ensuring innovation aligns with integrity.
Prior to PayZeep, he served as Principal Legal Officer at Cavista Holdings, overseeing legal matters on mergers, licensing, and fintech compliance. He also led compliance efforts across Smade & Smight’s portfolio, supporting startups like BankEasy and Hangout Technologies.
Inemesit holds an LL.B from Madonna University and a B.L from the Nigeria Law School. At PayZeep, he ensures the company remains compliant, credible, and ahead of regulatory changes.

Victor Azubuike is a marketing and growth leader with over eight years of experience driving enterprise marketing strategy, revenue growth, and brand transformation across fintech, investment, FMCG, renewable energy, real estate, and education sectors. He combines strategic marketing principles with modern execution to translate customer insight into measurable business outcomes, stronger market positioning, and sustainable growth.
He holds an MBA in Marketing Management and graduated with First Class/Distinction in Marketing. In 2016, he was recognized as the Second Best Marketing Student in Nigeria in the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) Best Marketing Student of the Year Competition, organized in partnership with Unilever Nigeria Plc.
